Before I even arrived, students had scoped out the local gelaterias. They do not have the usual flavor selection that Italy has, nor are some of the flavors as good…not that I’ve tried them all, mind you. It’s only day 5 after all. But I did think it was a good sign that the flavors were written in Italian. For those of you who don’t know, I am teaching a small workshop in Northern Spain this week. We are currently on the Costa Brava……beautiful!


Next week, I go south! I’ll be checking out our workshop location for next year. Come along to experience a bit of what the location will be like.
