Today we are announcing the winner of a spot in our SPAIN Journey Workshop next year! First, let me say that giving away a trip is something I’ve dreamed about doing since I began teaching Journey Workshops. It has been a lot of fun to read all of your entries – some funny and others heartfelt. I have to say that right from the get-go, I knew I could never choose the winner myself. If it were up to me, I would take everyone, and that’s no lie! If I ever win the lottery – we’re ALL going and have one heck of a time!
That’s when we decided it would be best to enter all of the names into a database and let the computer choose the winner. I have to tell you that I have been pretty excited to see who would be joining me.
Finally, after an entire month of waiting, we have the name!
If it’s you, please write me to confirm that you do accept the terms and will be going. (We have chosen two additional names, just in case and yes, we will certainly contact you should Miss America number one decide to give up his or her crown).

Kathie, I can’t say I didn’t have my fingers crossed, said my prayers, etc., but this was so generous of you to do. Congrats to the winner, even though it wasn’t me, I’m very happy for her. With bated breath I open Kathie’s blog. Waited for the seconds to pass as the computer burped and beeped. Opening the blog I was awarded a gift of art journal images with happy, warm pictures of the once in a life time prize. I was so happy to see the pictures. I let out my breath. Sat back in my chair and dreamed of warm sunny skies and comfy beds. Smiling for the winner I logged off to carry on with my day. Thank you Kathie and all your followers who made the little journey possible for all of us.

Well, I can’t say I’m not disappointed, and I really felt in my bones I was going to win.. but I know all of you who are going to Spain will have a great trip and will learn so much with Kathie teaching.
